Where do you ship? We ship across the continental United States. International shipping coming soon.

How long does shipping take? Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. Standard shipping arrives in 7–14 business days. Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is $4.99 — free on orders over $35. Express shipping is available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

What is your return policy? We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on every product. If you're not in love with what you ordered, send it back within 90 days for a full refund. No restocking fees. No interrogations.

How do I start a return? Email motesdakota13@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note. We'll send a prepaid return label for defective items, or instructions for change-of-mind returns.

When will I get my refund? Refunds are issued within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item — straight back to your original payment method.

Will this fit my car?

Every product page lists exact dimensions and compatibility. Seat-gap fillers and visor accessories fit 99% of vehicles. If you're unsure, email us your year/make/model and we'll confirm before you order.

Are the LED lights hard to install?

No. Every LED kit is plug-and-play — they power off your USB or cigarette-lighter port and the wires hide under your floor mats. Install takes about 5 minutes, no tools needed.

Do the cleaning sprays work on leather?

Our All-Around Foam Cleaner and Interior Detailer are fabric- and leather-safe. For deep leather care, the Leather Care Cleaning Cream cleans, conditions, and adds UV protection in one step.
